Pierre holds a Master’s degree (cum laude) in Systematic Theology, a discipline that intersects psychology, ethics, philosophy, and sociology, seeking to unify abstract concepts about humanity and human behavior into a coherent, interconnected framework. His research focused on loneliness and belonging, giving him a unique, human-centric perspective. This allows Pierre to blend deep insights into human behaviour with proven strategic frameworks, helping businesses and teams harness their potential to thrive in chaotic and complex environments.

Pierre’s professional journey started in fashion in the 90s and moved through advertising, marketing, branding, product design and development and includes serving as a trend analyst at Flux Trends and helping design the behaviour change ecosystem at Coachbit Inc. which contributed to the company’s 15 x growth.

Pierre lives in Cape Town South Africa with his wife and two kids and when he is not reading, enjoys weightlifting or doom scrolling.
