My work spans continents, industries, and organisational levels—from executive boards to frontline teams—making complex topics accessible and actionable for everyone.
I’ve worked globally across sectors including tech, finance, education, healthcare, and manufacturing, helping diverse teams work better together. Whether facilitating inclusive leadership masterclasses for senior leaders or running workshops with shop floor staff, my focus is always the same: making real change stick. I’ve earned a combined speaker rating of 4.8 out of 5, a reflection of my ability to engage, educate, and inspire across audiences.
As co-founder of a successful DEIB consulting and training practice, I’ve partnered with clients to move beyond performative gestures and into meaningful, measurable action. I believe DEIB isn't a side project—it’s foundational to how we lead, work, and grow.
My talks and sessions are rooted in psychological safety, because without it, high performance isn’t possible. I help individuals and teams understand what gets in the way of our best work—bias, fear, exclusion—and what it takes to create environments where people can bring their full selves to the table. My approach blends research with real-life stories, compassion with accountability, and strategy with heart.
