Dr. Vumile Msweli is the Founder of the Hesed Africa Foundation, a Pan-African social impact organisation dedicated to empowering young people, driving sustainable community solutions, and shaping Africa’s future leadership. Under her guidance, the Foundation has grown into one of the most influential platforms for advancing careers and creating opportunities across the continent, with a footprint in South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Botswana, and the United States.

Through the Africa Career Summit, the Foundation convenes Africa’s largest gathering of professionals, uniting industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to tackle youth unemployment and accelerate career growth. Dr. Msweli holds an Accounting Sciences degree, Honours in Financial Planning, postgraduate studies at New York University, an MBA from the University of London, postgraduate studies at Harvard University, and a Doctorate in Education Management in Leadership from the European International University. She has travelled to over 60 countries, gaining global insight into leadership, innovation, and cultural exchange.

Professionally, she has worked with leading organisations such as Barclays, Investec, Nedbank, and Vodafone, while also serving clients including Google, Bidvest Bank, and global NGOs. A sought-after speaker, she has delivered addresses at platforms including the African Union, TEDx, the Women’s Economic Forum, and the Houses of Parliament in the UK.
